Early in my career at the New York Stock Exchange, I enforced rules with traders—work that
required poise, respect, and unwavering integrity. I carried those principles into two decades of
communications leadership at Barclays, Credit Suisse, Thomson Reuters, and MasterCard,
partnering across IT, HR, Compliance, Marketing, and both Internal and External
Communications.
I advise C-suite leaders, orchestrate live events and town halls, roll out technology platforms, and help organizations communicate change with empathy and precision. What I love most is the “aha moment” when employees see where they fit, what they’re doing, and why it matters.
